Recently, we collaborated with a customer from Mongolia. The customer initially faced challenges when using our HPMC products with desert sand to make mortar for construction. Our professional team quickly analyzed the problem. We found that the unique properties of desert sand, such as its particle shape and high mud content, were causing compatibility issues with the HPMC.
To solve this, we recommended a formula adjustment, replacing desert sand with river sand and precisely tuning the amount of HPMC and other additives. After trying the new formula, the customer was impressed by the remarkable improvement in mortar performance. The mortar showed excellent workability, enhanced bonding strength, and perfect water retention.
